1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship all across Canada and the United States.

2. How long does shipping take?

Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

3. What are the shipping charges?

Shipping is free on orders over $75 CAD. For orders below that amount, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

4. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original sealed packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt. 

5. How do I start a return or exchange?

Email us at support@asteripearls.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

6. What materials do you use?

Our pieces are crafted using high-quality imitation pearls, 18k gold-plated, hypoallergenic, and tarnish-resistant metals. A luxury line using real pearls is in the works!

7. How should I care for my jewelry?

Store jewelry in a dry, cool place. Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and lotions. Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing.
